- Starting salary of £26,475-£42,000 depending on role, for a 37 hour week
- Skills you need:
great people and organisation skills - Supervisors and placement coordinators must have a driving licence
- Part-time working available in some locations
- You’ll get an induction and full training
Roles and salaries
Community Payback supervisor – starting salary £25,310
Lead, supervise and motivate a small team of offenders while they complete their Community Payback sentence.
Community Payback placement coordinator – starting salary £25,310
Work with local organisations to create opportunities for Community Payback work placements and organise teams of offenders to complete them.
Community Payback operations manager – starting salary £40,604
Oversee all of the Community Payback operations in your region, including managing community supervisors and placement coordinators.
Roles in London have an additional £4,249 London weighting allowance.
