As a case administrator you’ll use your great organisational and communication skills to support your probation colleagues to reduce reoffending.

It’s a challenging and rewarding role, with great training, support and opportunities for progression.

  • No qualifications needed
  • Starting salary of £20k for a 37 hour week
  • Skills you need:
    basic numeracy and good IT skills
  • Must have good communication skills and initiative
  • Part-time working available in some locations
  • Great on-the-job training and progression opportunities

Pay and benefits

As a case administrator, you’ll get an an annual salary of between £20,126 and £23,182 for a 37 hour week, plus a London weighting allowance of £4,125.84 where this applies.

This is in addition to the great range of Civil Service benefits you’ll get as part of the Probation Service, including annual leave, pension and flexible working.
