As a case administrator you’ll use your great organisational and communication skills to support your probation colleagues to reduce reoffending.

It’s a challenging and rewarding role, with great training, support and opportunities for progression.

  • No qualifications needed
  • Starting salary of £22k for a 37 hour week
  • Skills you need:
    basic numeracy and good IT skills
  • Must have good communication skills and initiative
  • Part-time working available in some locations
  • Great on-the-job training and progression opportunities

Pay and benefits

As a case administrator, you’ll get an annual salary of between £22,095 and £24,718 for a 37 hour week, plus a London weighting allowance of £4,249 where this applies.

This is in addition to the great range of Civil Service benefits you’ll get as part of the Probation Service, including annual leave, pension and flexible working.
